Challenge: Stopping power generation due to reverse power flow and limiting installed capacity

As a major issue of self-consumption type photovoltaic power generation system, "Reverse power flow problem" exists. Reverse power flow means that the generated power exceeds the power consumption in factories and flows to the electric power company. If reverse power flow is not permitted under the contract with the electric power company, the installation of a reverse power relay (RPR) is obligatory.
This device stops the power conditioner when reverse power flow occurs and has "Forced stop of power generation". In other words, if the capacity of the PV system is large relative to the power consumption of the factory, power generation will stop frequently. Therefore, in order to prevent reverse power flow, it is adjusted to the minimum power consumption in factories, etc. Limit panel installation capacity is necessary.
